Inventory accounting maintenance and reconciliation.
Provide reports, schedules, and other supporting documentation for external audit preparation as well as year-end audits.
Maintain Fixed Asset records and prepare monthly depreciation entries.
Prepare intercompany entries and reconcile balances with other entities at month end.
Performs financial analyses in support of Maintenance contracts.
Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations and maintain cash accounts.
Perform General Ledger account reconciliations in support of month-end and year-end closed reporting.
Preparation of monthly financial supplemental schedules.
Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excelĭuties could include but are not limited to:.
Familiar with FASAB, US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards.
Minimum 5 years of work-related experience.
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
